  • The Presentation: Standard jewel case, with a very nice black and white booklet, with lyrics, credits and thanks.

Track #1 - Change: This is my favourite song on this disc, beyond making me full of nervous energy - it makes me all the more eager to see them live. 'Remember fear is far more deadly than a gun'. Steph's voice is powerful on this track, making you want to hear the rest of the EP.

Track #2 - Apart Like We Are: A slower offering from the guys, it isn't slow for long enough to be irritating though, it picks up for the chorus, 'if I could find some solace / I wouldn't have to play this guitar', this is one for your mix tape.

Track #3 - I Want More: Again, on this track the lyrics really work well with the music and with the feeling of a bad breakup running through the disc, my favourite lyric out of the four tracks is on this one, 'what you say you're after, draws my hollow laughter / could you take it if it hit you in the face'

Track #4 - It's Over: I think this song sums up a lot of the thoughts that went into making the EP. Lyrically, 'I hate living by your standards / I choke because you don't let me breathe' and musically too. The guitar and drums especially on this track leave me wanting more No Days.

This is a band I'm hyped to see live, check them out with me at The Vatikan in Toronto, on July 7, 2006.
