Aodi's September 2002 Interview Transcripts
| Jeremy | Nate | Ryan |
| How did you become part of Aodi? I brought my bass over to Nate's house and I'm too much of a weakling to carry it back out of the basement. So I stayed. What do you hope to do with Aodi? I had planned on using the band as a means to tour the country to complete my Christopher Columbus artifacts collection. And I hope to start an organized revolution against all cult activity. I really hate cults. What is the best part of being in Aodi? We're all so friendly, I could take a shower with these boys. I love it! What is the worst part? I really hate it when nothing makes any sense at all. Days with no sense accomplish nothing and slow down the whole evolution process in the music society. Day job... I sell body jewelry at flea markets. That thing you do that's not your day job or your band... Sometimes I try to figure out what my life means and how I can better the world. But usually I just try think of ways that I could jump from high objects and still not break my knees. |
How did you become part of Aodi? I decided to take a break from extensive touring of middle America with my salsa band "The Invaders". Then I met Ryan working in a downtown restaurant and started a punk band. What do you hope to do with Aodi? I plan on turning this band into a music making machine capable of conquering the world with its many talents. What is the best part of being in Aodi? Women, Free beer, and the ability to express myself in a musical manner. What is the worst part? Waking up to practice. Day job... I'm a culinary student. That thing you do that's not your day job or your band... Pick up trash. |
How did you become part of Aodi? Nate and myself met while both of us worked at a crappy job downtown. What do you hope to do with Aodi? I hope to move out of cincy, just make enough cash to live on, and actually learn how to play the drums. What is the best part of being in Aodi? The best part is we all click, we know what style we want to play, and we play it. What is the worst part? Driving to the practice space, going there after going to work at 5 am. Day job... Ha. I would rather not say. That thing you do that's not your day job or your band... Photography, painting, travel, look for women (just cant seem to find any). |
